Also, where do you guys drain the tub to? Do you drain it to the sewer or back of your yard?? Just curious, thanks!

Use a sump pump hose and it should take you 30 min.
If chlorine isn't too high (< 3 PPM) then drain it on your lawn.

Garden hose siphon is slow...45mins+-. Swimming pool 1.5" vac hose--done in 10mins.

I use the hose from my shop vac it takes about 10 min. to siphon out. I just let it go right onto the lawn. :)

Ditto...
We actually start the flow with one of the whirlpool jets so it flows pretty fast and we drain in 15 minutes or so.

Draining hot tub is fast and easy...take 5 hoses (hubby has one hose that he has fixed over and over again....so we just take it apart in 5 sections) and siphon the hot tub water into them....and waaa laaaaaa you have a drained hot tub in 15 min!

I attach a hose to any of our spas equipped with a bottom drain and it takes about 1 hour. If I'm in a hurry, I use a sump pump and it takes about 10 minutes.

Our bottom drain works pretty fast, about 30 minutes.
Drain the water to a pond behind the house.
