Title: LS2 code, pump will not turn off

Hello,
I used the Vita Spa Elan a couple days ago, it worked fine until I went to turn off the Jets.  The tub has two motors, each with a high and low speed.  

Both pumps will run fine on high, but pump 2 will not run on low, when I try to turn it on I hear it try to start for a couple seconds, then nothing, after a second try it displays “LS2” (Pump 2 low speed inoperative) and runs the motor on high (so I have it unplugged for now).    >:(

Any ideas?  Is there a way to test the motor, or a repair manual available for the tub?

Bad start capacitor or start switch, maybe burnt wire.
  All would be in motor. start capacitor can hold/ store an electrical charge-BE CAREFUL.
