Title: Foot-friendly covering for concrete
Post by: ca_newbe on August 31, 2005, 04:40:28 pm
My new vanguard is about 15' from my back door and is separated by a narrow concrete porch (5' x 15').

I'm pondering overlaying the concrete with some type of outdoor floor covering that would be easy to clean and easy on the feet. (nothing with a nap like artifical turf, but something rubberized)

Has anyone done this?

I have not done this but there is a bussines here that sprays concrete patios with about the same stuff they use for spray on pickup truck liner.  They can make it look like marble or granite. Maybe there is one around you that you can check out and look at some of the jobs they have done.

Might appeal to the whips & chains crowd, though.

What am I missing?  I thought we were talking about coverings for patios, not spa tech's preferences for items they like to insert in their rear ends.  Oh well, different fraternity.
