Title: Where to buy Vita Spa Elan heater?

There is power (110v X2) going to the heater in my Vita Spa Elan (series LC500), but it is not producing any heat.  Is there any other explanation besides a bad heater?  ???

What online sources do you suggest to look for one?  Is there one model that fits or are there universal ones?

This maybe a foolish question but you are sure there is power? Is there a re-set switch on the heater? Perhaps that tripped?

Thanks for the reply.  I just checked the tub and it was up to temp.  Hot Tubs are new to me (got this one used) and I was sure the heater was not working as it did not feel even the slightest bit warm, but it is now 98*.

For those who saw the movie Office Space, remember the "Jump To Conclusions Mat", I think I had that yesterday,  lol.
