???
There have been many buyouts in the last several years causing grief for customers with wait times and warranty issues....Sundance, Jacuzzi, Coleman, Spa Depot, Caldera and a few others have been part of this and have still held a good market position in spite.
This could be an interesting twist if it comes to fruition....
Check out the link, if you have more info please share! I do know that Clarke was involved in a lawsuit with Sundance and Jacuzzi and this might be a valuation for the settlement…?
BTW, This is already a topic under “What the sam hill?” but I wanted to attract more people “in the know” with the Jacuzzi name as a topic post.

To me, it looked like plumbing products companies they are selling. The article is not very clear.

I would agree however I'm wondering about the other lawsuit mentioned with Ron Clark and what the outcome will be there.
I did do a Rueters search and found this info out....

Interesting info. Lots of movement at Jacuzzi Brands.

It would not be a wise move to sell there spa side of things but then again would they might just do it.

That is interesting....maybe that's why the jacuzzi dealer in my area was more interested in selling me a D1, and in fact he suggested I buy a HS ???
I thought that was odd because he is a D1 and Jacuzzi dealer yet he's telling me I should look at the HS ???
