Ok Some thing i do know about but would rather have some one else do it for me. is 250 dollars to much to pay for an electrician to run wire conduit and put in GFIC box or am I getting a good deal?
-
Depends on length of run, trenching costs, parts, etc. My estimate was over $1300 since it will be 150' from the subpanel. Make sure he pulls a permit.

I paid about $650.

You are getting an unbelievable deal. I paid more than that for the cost of materials. My GFCI breaker alone was $120.

I paid $350 for the GFI box and to connect into my main panel and run the wire about 10 feet. Included putting an 110v outlet by the panel too.
I thought I got a good deal. $250 seems very reasonable.

I bought the GFCI box myself for $89 since the electrician said that his supplier charged more than Lowes and he suggested that I get that myself. The electrician charged $325 for the wiring.

It all depends on how long a span, underground, through the attic, etc. You obviously have a simple run but overall you're spending far less than most.
