Title: Are "for sale" posts allowed?

I have a bunch of CR123A lithium batteries (totally hottub unrelated AFAIK) that I'm selling & wondered if it would be ok to post that here.  I'm guessing no because I don't see stuff up for sale here other than sponsor & yahoo ads.  But if it's ok, pls let me know.
