the info I've heard people talk about. I know the website but where on the site do I find this person's recommendations?

Northman and Vermonter are two different posters.  Both have dichlor routines in the FAQ section of Doc's board.  The routines are similar, but different.  For dichlor dosers, both are interesting and informative reading.
