Whoohoo!!! Had to love the way my Eagles sent T.O. packing...!!
This time my taco hat has an entirely different meaning!

This day started off great, nice soak at about 8am, a fall chill in the air...anticipation of an exciting football game....and the topper..a fantastic game (I love those turn overs) and victory..

Mighty tasty lookin' fare ya got there!  Top it off with a little Fire in the Hole salsa and it's a meal fit for a king!

Sorry Spatech, this was kind of an inside joke between Term and me! Last year when the Eagles lost to the Cowboys, Term gave me an idea of how to make an Cowboy hat for my husband to eat for dinner....My husband bleeds green, so as aggrivating as it was for him, he had to laugh and the Cowboy Taco was actually good! The Eagle is my son in a Swoop suit I made for my kids to wear when the Eagles got into the play offs a few years ago... :-/
