What is the ideal spa temperature to safely stay in the spa for about 30 minutes? I know this question is rather subjective because some like hotter temperatures for therapy. We just got our spa and have teenagers that want to use it but want to make sure I am running it at a safe temperature for them. Last thing I want to do is have them get over-heated.

Certainly a part of it is the outside temperature and wind as it cools the parts of your body and keeps you in balance. When it is 0F outside I can comfortably sit in 104 for that long, but if it is 60-70 degrees I can stay in 100-102 for that long

I live in west central Wisconsin. When it is cold out we keep it at 102 to 103. But when it is 60 degrees or more 100 is plenty warm. I could not believe when my spa salesman said 1 degree is a hugh change in temp.
I did not believe him at first, but I do now. At this time of year 101 is to much for us
