Title: newbie with problems

hello everyone i am new here and had a couple questions,i bought a new dynasty lancelaot in october of last year and as soon as i got it filled and started i had a problem with the jets called the dealer they said it was something i was doing and so on,will after their service tech has been here three times it still isnt fixed and i have had other problems,can someone please help me out with what to do?this dealer has really given me the run around,thanks for any help

Get all your facts together, get all the service tickets together and call Dynasty. Maybe they need to prod the dealer along or they can help you some other way.
