I live in a rural area and these are the brands available from local dealers. I would love to have any input regarding performance, quality, reliability and warranty satisfaction for these brands. Also advertising in our local classifieds are some 'distribution centers' for 'factory' direct, 'custom built spas' at very low prices; one such is United Spas.
Look forward to hearing your suggestions.

Since most of your choices are of a similar caliber, maybe it would be a good idea instead of comparing products, to compare customer references.
After selecting a few products to wet test, ask the dealer to supply some customer references and ask them about their spa experience.
After all, at least half of your puchase decision should be based on how youre treated after youve bought.

the only thing to remember about that is dealers will generally only give out people they know will say nice things.

We sell Hot Spring & Sundance. The bottom line is we sell 3 Sundance to 1 Hot Spring, that's over 800 a year at our location. If anything that says a mouthful. No one in our company owns a Hot Spring :-[ only Sundance

Wow, that's a lot of spas. Where is this store located? I didn't see it listed in your profile. We're in NE Texas and do about half that. Of course, they're all HotSpring Spas that we sell.
I'd be curious to know if this is one of the dealers I've met.

I hope you guys don't want him removed. I got some good comedy out of his posts.

DONT HAVE HIM REMOVED!
He would have to be the best dealer in the world. His knowledge and experience could be invaluable to us here in this forum :o ::)
In all seriousness....I would love to hear of a dealer that sells 800 spa's per year in one location.....
Ok math time....800 divided by 365...not taking off for holidays...is 2.1917 spa's per day!!!!!
Could you imagine the service/delivery department installing all of these!

Anyway, if that's not the case, that's huge.

Yeah, people got confused because you said location and not locations.
Applause on being both the greatest sundance salesman, and the worst hot springs salesman, ever.

Mainly Tubs is Scarborough, ME sold nearly 900 spas out of one location last year. I Worked the Fryeburg fair for him and sold personally 34 spas in a 8 day event. Did over 90 in the booth. Great market up there, and great people and great dealership. They sell Hot Spring.
