Title: Rocket Scientist from you know where
Post by: Chris_H on February 15, 2005, 11:14:15 am

Whoever Rocket Scientist is, I would like to thank your for your humor.  I would assume you are a regular on this forum.  That toilet comment was excellent.

That was funny  ;D

If nothing else  ::) that site does make for entertaining reading. All you have to do is mention the two words "hot springs" on off he goes..
Ranting and Raving.. I think he talks more about HS spas than he does his own.

At the top of the posts in his forum it lists the ISP of the sender to keep people from posing as others or something I guess, but if I run a traceroute (from a  command prompt at a Windows machine connected to the interet I can see the steps my computer needs to go to to get to that ISP. Most times the server names mentioned are crytpic, but frequently as it gets close to the target the names of the server give clues. Here is a tracetroute of that ISP from him message.

ool-44c48178.dyn.optonline.net

At the beginning you will see I am using an Ameritech internet connection at work.

Notice many of the servers at the end of the line have a lot of NY/NJ letters.

Now, if I run the IP address through another source I get that the IP address belongs to Network Owner:  Optimum Online (Cablevision Systems)

Bill you now qualify as milling about in the same circles as BIG BROTHER!

Ouf! what you show there is a little un-nerving to tell you the truth. Only because I'm technilogically incompetent save to tell you where the power button is.

Twice I have posted a very simple question to him, only to never see it actually posted.

He brags about the savings one gets in purchasing his spa as there is no "middle man", no dealership to go through that marks up the price.
But then I look at his spa prices and they are more expensive than 99% of all other spas out here.
I simply have asked him to explain this cost savings to me, but alas,  my post gets flushed down that new toilet system he so cleverly designed.

Its right below the slide out cup holder.

Power button fact.  Many of my customers don't know that if you hold the power button in for 10 seconds it will shut off.
