Title: Grandee Moto Massage Issue.......

I bought a HS Grandee (Christmas came early this year) & have had it for about a month now.  I have noticed that one of the moto massage jets doesn't appear to working properly.  When you sit up against it, the jet stops moving up and down.  The only way I can get it to work is to turn the diverter all the way up.  The reason I think there is a problem, is the other moto works fine with the diverter in the middle position.  Just wanted a second opinion before I made a service call.  Thanks for the assistance & Happy Holidays to all...........

No, the Moto Massage are designed to work only with the diverter all the way up. Some tubs, especially when new, will have one or two Motos which will move even in the middle position, but consider that lucky. Overall, the Moto Massage will be the first thing to let you know when the filter is starting to load up - so you may be able to restore Moto action with a filter clean.
