Just curious about the tatoos Tatooed_Lady. Do you have lots of them? I hope you don't mind me asking. :D

NOT 325, but 3 1/4.....they're all finished, but the one I call the 1/4 is my ex husband's name (BIG mistake made when I was young and stupid), and I haven't had it covered because I am using it as a reminder of what happens when you're REALLY REALLY stupid and really need to be slapped, but no one is there to slap you. ;)
And to beat you to the next question.... left upper arm is a Chinese sketch art dragon (about 3" high x 2 1/2" wide), right upper arm is a rose with a thorn into a heart (about the same size), the ex's name is under that, and my right shoulderblade has a unicorn standing on the edge of a cliff (maybe 4" x 5"?)
Everything is coverable with a T-shirt. :)

It might be cheaper to add the words "Is a fat pig" under the name than to XXXXX it out.
You should have just married a guy with the same name.

*LOL* actually, I might yet hit the 2k mark before I start back to work.....I called the boss, he said they just got done discussing it.....we're looking at 3rd week in April to start now. :o ;D Talk about a vacation!! that's something like 7 months of work, 5 months off or nearly off.....
As far as the ink.....hmmmm...I've got some options...some less painful than others (pocketbook-wise and other), but until I figure out 100% sure what I want to do, it's going to have to stay where it is. I'd considered getting a paw print (we've got the rat on stilts and the husky) with a tribal-y design in it instead of blacked out.....thought that might work, but probably not THERE....oh, well.

When I was in the Navy (1967 to 1971) there was a red-headed guy with very pink skin. He had married a Japanese girl and had an 8 inch color tattoo of geisha girl put on each arm. He found out that while we were deployed in the Gulf of Tonkin launching air strikes, his wife was home in Sasebo having a good time, if you get my drift. Well that ended the marriage but the tats were still there and he was broken-hearted and MAD!!
He really hated those tats but the Navy docs wouldn't do anything about them and he couldn't afford any other certified medical treatment, so he took matters into his own hands.
He took a stiff scrub brush and table salt and rubbed those tats off both forearms. It took a couple days and hurt like hell. I actually saw him do it and I have no idea how he stood the pain, except that he really hated that girl. In the end it looked like a scar from a burn and hair wouldn't grow in that area. The salt and alcohol kept infection away.
I knew right then and there that there was no way I would ever get a tattoo of anything... ever.

Don't hide from the past, just note it as such.
Change it from LARRY to LARRY and then put hubby #2s name just below it (but leave some room below #2s name, you never know). ;D

*LOL* ummmm.....okay, first off, the hubby's met my ex, so that wouldn't fly.....even if he hadn't met him, it wouldn't fly. ;)
Second.....there's NO WAY I'm gonna try to be a DIY'er when it comes to ink removal, unless it's on the table, or couch or something OTHER than my skin!! :o OUCH!!
I'm content to be "as is" at the moment.....like I said, if/when I find something I really want to cover it with, then it'll be done.....but it's NOT going to be one of those "trendy" tribal art arm bands like everyone seems to be getting......lol
