Well the Antigua model we ordered arrived about two weeks ago and I apologize for being behind in posting. We had wet tested a few models before choosing this spa from Artesian (Island series) and I'm quite happy to report that my wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase so far.
The only negative to report is that I had to be out of town the second week we had it and so was not able to enjoy it as much as I would have liked to. Otherwise we use it about 2 of every 3 nights for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Seating is comfortable, jets are not overbearing on us and controls easy to operate. With the cover lift it's been easy to get in and out as well.
I must say that the sky and the stars sure look much more different from the seat of a spa as compared to just sitting on the deck. I only wonder what took me so long to decide to buy one!!!

Hi Vinny!
We ended up ordering the Piper Glen tub instead of the Grand Cayman. We wanted the foot dome, so we tried the artesian emerald and the Piper Glen. The idea of controls per seat won us over. Our tub is supposed to be here about Jan 1st.

Congradulations: You will love it. We have the Grand Bahama, use it every night and just love it. Your right, the stars are prettier from the hot tub. And so are the shooting stars.

Hey John,
Thats great! The Piper Glen is an impressive tub.
My only concern about a foot dome is - I'm a klutz and I could see myself ALWAYS tripping on it. That's the first thing I thought of whenever I saw a tub with a foot dome. I even thought of that with the foot well hump that the Cayman has - LOL.
What a great way to ring in the new year.

Have monitored this forum for six months, finally joined in on the fun. Congrates Brewski on the antigua island spa, great tub , we got our antigua last month and have had zero problems.Have used your sanitation method since we got the tub,and have had sparkling water and no chem problems. Glad to see one more Artesian owner here on the forum. ;D ;D

I'm a klutz by tripping over things, I got BIG feet. They constantly get tangled up in wires and stuff. Heck I even poped the front off a Dell computer by just getting out of my chair. But you know what they say about big feet :o ...

I feel your pain Vinny, size 13 here. I've been clutsy ever since I grew 12" in 16 months befrore grade 10.

WOW! Wish I'd grown that much! It would have made me MUCH more popular in highschool. Sure would make it a lot easier cleaning my filters in the shower during the winter.... :o :o :o
