wow! That blows my mind. It kind of makes you realize that the more you pay attention to the details, the more you realize just how little you know.

Imagine the tolerancing involved in making thousand of components for that aircraft in different corners of the world and having them all come together under one roof.

Yes, that is amazing. Too legalize this thread, I'll speculate that some billionaire or dictator will buy one and put in a hot tub.  I can't think of a better time for a hot tub dip than after 8-10 hours of a trans oceanic flight.

I was thinking that this particular video MIGHT just be almost as impressive as the HS videos.....except the one for the MotoMassage jets...those are pretty awe inspiring.  ;D

What is amazing is that the dang thing can get into the air in the first place, and then once there not realize how absurd that notion is and come tumbling back down again.

Of course they do that every now and again...

;D

Did you click on the little triangle in the lower left of the screen?
Or maybe you have a slow connection.  I imagine it works best on broadband.

I just want to mention that the jet engines on the Airbus A380 are High-Bypass turbofan engines.

In case anyone asks you, now you know.

High bypass sounds cheap!! To be of the highest quality, shouldn't they be no bypass? ;)

Well, I'm certainly not going to argue with that.
