My hot tub stopped working. Thought it was the pump so I took it in and nothing was wrong with it. Replaced the fuses in the controller. Still having the same issues. My display tells me dr and ic. Both are impossible because I've checked for air lock and it's too hot outside for ice to be the problem. When I press the Jets button, I can hear the relay click and the pump will hum for a few seconds but not pump. It gets very hot to the touch. It's a Balboa. Any help would be most welcome. Thanks.

Sounds like a bad pump capacitor
