I'm sure this has been asked a million times......
I would like to buy a hot tub that sits 4 people comfortably with the smallest foot print possible. I am in Cincinnati OH.
I found one with a great seating arrangement and price. The brand is Mira.
I googled for reviews and it seemed most had not heard of this brand.
I don't need top of the line, or stereo, etc.
But I do want it to last with minimum problems.
I've been to several stores which all seem to have their own brand....
Any suggestions please?

Mira runs on the lower-end of the spectrum. Nothing wrong with that, just that it won't last as long nor have the same features as your mid-to-higher-end brands.
Wet test the spa. If it is not comfortable, your questions on it are irrelevant. Spas are about comfort, comfort, comfort;
COMFORT: How does it fit your body?
COMFORT: How doe the jets feel?
COMFORT: Are you comfortable with the price?
If NO is the answer to any of the questions, that is not the spa for you.
