Title: OPTIMA 880 CONTROL PA HELP

quick question,my control pad on my sundance optima is lit ,but no readout,i do only get the heat icon and the change filter icon,there is also no function from any of the buttons,the tub is still heating,any simple trouble shooting suggestions i believe it is a 2007 optima sundance thanks in advance

Sounds like a bad topside but you could always follow the cable underneath, unplug it and reset the spa.  Doubt that will work but I have seen it work in the past.  They can work loose over time if they weren't fully plugged in to begin with.

thanks so much,i did unplug it but I did not reset while it was unplugged, I will try that,if you were a gambling man would you think pad or board is bad,thanks in advance

 90% sure it's a bad top side.
