Olympic Gold, Worlds Championship, and now World Cup... Time to bring Lord Stanely home where he belong, but looks like it won't be this year!

Apears Tampa gets to be cup champs for 2 years! That is OK, as 60+% of the team is Canadian!

It was fun having the American team here in town practicing and scrimmaging before the tourney started. Looks like all of my on the ice fun this year will be curling!

I purchased tickets to the game last night. Wished I could have been there but I bought them to give to the children's wish foundation.  

But even watching it on television, WHAT A GAME.

A proud Canadian that must now medicate himself to the pending announcement this afternoon for withdrawal symptoms. :'(

Oh well, more time to spend in the hot tub :D

Congrats to Canada. Too bad it will be followed by a long dark period (I'm speaking of the imminent departure of the Expos of course).
