Title: CalSpa sucks!
Post by: cwn175 on October 23, 2018, 01:32:36 pm: I need a $10 impeller for my pump but its discontinued. They instead want me to buy a whole new pump for $500. They offer no discount or stand by the product at all. Karen from customer service told me they aren't GM and don't stand by their products. Then she hung up on me.

It could be the old double ended pump Cal used to use.

We will see, you are probably right. So many people with a problem just post to vent/hurt, never come back for advice, I hope he does come back. The title suggest otherwise. I hadn't even thought about Cal Spas in awhile. Have to see if they are still available here.
