Well I got a sight up to host my pictures. My 1st attempt at a websight, not very good but it does the job.

The good looking redhead did not come with the tub. Shes not too happy I posted her pictures, she'd have been madder if I posted naked ones LOL
We had our 1st soak this morning, it was heaven
The water was cloudy after the 1st soak. I tested the water and the alkalinity, ph and hardness were off the charts. I took a sample in and the dealer said he had never seen alkalinity as high as mine. The out of tolerance values were as follows:
Calcium Hardness 1........good range 200-400ppm
Total Alkalinity 416.....good range 80-120ppm
I put in 35.5 oz of PH decreaser in 5oz increments every 30 mins, the alkalinity is still high but nowhere near where it was earlier. We may have to add more. The dealer said whoever manages our city water supply should be fired LOL. He told me to worry about the calcium tomorrow after I get the alkalinity under control.
Enjoy the picture, please give them time to load, there's 20 of them :)

Congrats, the pictures look great. The spa's not too bad looking either.

Looks fantastic Bodguy! I'm so envious. I have a Vista coming in a couple of weeks (White Pearl/Redwood.) The site starts to get prepared Thursday. I love your copper/espresso combo. It just didn't fit with the art director's (my wife) vision. ;D

I had ordered one for our backyard in those same colors - my wife changed the order. I'm glad she did - because we don't have the brick and other warm colors you have in your yard, so the Pearl and Grey works for us.
Did you know that HS makes an Espresso step that matches?

Yes Chas, and those are the steps that we are getting. The dealer didn't have those or the coverlifter in stock, they shoud be here this week. Those are just "loner" steps :)

How did they/you remove the spa from the trailer? Does the trailer tilt and the spa slides off?
I am guessing the 2 guys in the pic pulled/pushed the trailer in place and then slid the spa in the exact place?

Yup D&C, thats exactly right. The get the corner on the ground, put 2 2 inch pvc pipes under it and pull the trailer away. I was kind of amazed being the tub weighs 1000lbs. The 2 installers easliy handled and moved the tubs.

Where did you buy your Vista from? We are from Ontario and am curious of the cost of it.

nice job :D
Just wondering what did it cost you to run the electric (and how many feet)?
