Title: Nordic Encore LS vs. Jacuzzi J245
Post by: spowell on March 28, 2018, 10:40:03 am
Hey everyone,

I new to the hot tub world and have narrowed down my choices to 2 hot tubs that fit my budget.  It is between the Nordic Encore LS with Nordic Wrap and the Jacuzzi J245.  Both tubs come with cover, lifter, steps and 3 months chemicals with delivery.  I can get the Nordic for $5599+ tax and I can get the Jacuzzi for $6299+tax.  Does anyone have experience with either one or a recommendation on which one to go with?

Thanks,

I am not familiar with Nordic but I have a Jacuzzi J325 to not much difference than the J245 you are looking at. I am happy with the tub. I did have the main control board replaced but still love the tub It's a 2014 model. I had a Hot Springs for 22 years before that.

I notice many people say if close go with the dealer you are more comfortable with. I completely agree with that statement.

Enjoy

Can you try them both?  Or at least in them dry.  Both seem priced well and both are good products.

That seems to be a pretty good price on the nordic encore. I just purchased an se model which is one level the ls. I had title 20 insulation on it and paid 5500 out the door. My research on the nordics show they are a pretty good choice for that price range.
