Title: Looking at Artisan mfg South Seas model 519P - Pros? Cons?

My husband and I are replacing our very old Sundance spa and been looking at Hot Springs, Artisan, and Sundance.  He has done a lot of work on our old spa replacing parts, cleaning, etc over the years so is comfortable inspecting the components.  In the areas of reliability, customer support, comfortableness, etc - what are some of the pros? cons? before we buy.

Reliability is great with Artesian, as is customer support.  Comfort is subjective, but I like that mold.  It's got a sort of "his & hers" thing going on that's neat.
