I have a calspa which has leaks but I am getting it fixed next week. The thing is that a lot of the foam has been dug out. I would need to get it refoamed after the leaks are fixed.
What is a good product for that? Also, should I foam just the under surface of the tub or foam the hoses again as well? I was leaning towards not foaming the hoses so if I have a leak again....I do not have to dig the foam again.
Also, how much should this refoaming thing cost? I have a calspa octagonal - the diameter is 92 inches. Any help would be appreciated.

Put in some non-itch house insulation and then a foil barrier like reflectex to hold it in, then put the spa back together. It will be just as good as before.

OK - spray some foam back in. When I have to do a repair on a foam-filled spa, I get an eight cubic-foot spray kit. I dig, repair, and spray the foam back in. Also: you can always put the (dry) foam back in, and put a layer of new foam to seal it in place.
Not a biggy.

Chas unlocked the puzzle as to how to refoam a FF spa. Now does that sound difficult? I can send my 9 yr old over to help if you thermopane guys think that's tough.

I'm not fully convinced that last remark had any value....

Not that Hobitlore has any relevance here, but as Bilbo said at his eleventy first birthday celebration:
"Eleventy-one years is too short a time to live among such excellent and admirable hobbits. I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve." (. . .this was unexpected and rather difficult. There was some scattered clapping, but most of them were trying to work it out and see if it came to a compliment. . .)
