Title: Kids could not wait for new tub to heat

I probably broke all the rules in the hot tub code of conduct by letting my boys try it out while it was warming up. We have a Tiger River Siberian that has been filled for two days awaiting the work. (yes, I did do the chemical thing..and my water looks good alkaline wise and ph)
The electricians were here today getting it hooked up. Most of the time was spent taking apart a wooden box that I had built to go around my circuit box in the cellar...But after reading about mice, I am very pleased with the how well the metal mesh was cut around the cord.

I can wait until the morning for the temp. to be warmer! It looks great on the deck and I may have pictures by tomorrow.

So how cold was it when the boys were in?   We just got ours as well but our water out of the hose is around 75F so it wouldn't have been too painful to go in before it was heated...
