Our tub, a Jacuzzi (04) J325 has the dreaded FL1 error code flashing display. I have checked all the things the manual suggested, clean filters, water level, hose to filter connections and a few other things with no success. Replaced the flow sensor/switch and checked the circ pump, no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the circulation pump functioning properly? Is it pushing enough water? 13 years on a circulation pump is a good run.
If your capable, turn it off at the breaker, take the filter/s out and turn it back on. Then if that doesn't do it turn it off again and disconnect the heater and tell us if the error goes away when you turn it back on.

Tman122, thanks for the prompt response and the information you provided. I tried both suggestions you offered, but it did not solve my problem. FL1 code still present with heater disconnected. FL1 code does go away when I jump a wire between flow switch. Any thoughts?
