Ozone will reduce the amount of sanitizer required. But sanitizer is still required.
The healthiest way to not deal with Chlorine is to use an alternative. But it will cost you more and not work as good. No one wants dirty water. That's not healthy.
Done right a chlorine regimen has a high chlorine off gas (smell) when you add it AFTER use. Then very little chlorine smell during your next use (like city tap water)
