Title: Sundance Optima- Lights won't turn off

I have a 2012 Sundance Optima and half of the lights will not turn off.  They are stuck on blue, but the rest of the lights work normally; they cycle as expected through the various colors and dimmer settings.  I've tried cutting the power and resetting the tub.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
