Title: 2010 Hot Spring Envoy
Post by: jnix17 on September 15, 2016, 10:38:15 am
We bought a brand new Hot Spring Envoy in the Fall of 2010.  In that time, we have had to replace the ozonator, the cabinet (cracking), a pump, the control panel, the heater and now, our latest problem, a failed control box and/or circuit board.  Is this normal/to be expected or do these repairs seem excessive.  Thanks in advance for any comments/help.

ozonator yes other stuff not so much.  What kind of chemical program are you on?  Most people that go through equipment like that have underlying issues.  The number one issue is chemical care.  I've never seen a cabinet crack.  How did that happen?

Definitely not normal.  I concur with Hottubguy.  How much was replaced under warranty?
