Title: Is this board fried?

Everything on the tub works save for the heater. I have bought a replacement heater but just noticed the central unit on the circuit board looks like it might be fried? I'm not sure if I need a new board or if I can replace the fried component. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. See photo: http://i.imgur.com/r5SuiJn.jpg
