Title: J-345 FL1 error - circulation pump voltage between j13 and j14
Post by: Nicolascindric on July 21, 2016, 09:43:10 pm
Good evening

I do have a j-345
Error code FL1
Could see that my circulation pump is not moving.
Checked on the board there is L and N
I guess that N stands for neutral means I should have no power between N and ground and between L ans ground 110v
But I measured and I have 110v between N and ground and 0 between L and N
What should it be?
I want to make sure that someone who has the same could check before I order a new circulation pump.
The pump is a SM-909-NHW-18 3/4 230v 1ph 60hz

I used to get this error all the time in my J-325. It could be an airlock some where.

You have a bad relay.  You should be getting 240v between L and N.  (L and N are both loads, no neutral)  If the relay for N is turning on and off correctly, you can move the wire that is in L down to the main terminal block.  If N is on the right of L, then put the wire from L onto the left side of the main terminal block.

Your circ pump will be receiving 110v all the time, and will still work normally by the use of the relay that is still working.
