Thanks all for the previous help. I called several places in PA for a Hotspring "Envoy". and got prices all over the place. from $7995.00 "on sale" to $7199.00. Only problem is the place that sells for $7199.00 is 3 hours away. Any recommendations for the PA area???

The place with the higher quote may be starting high with room to haggle whereas the other one simply goes to his sale price. Getting quotes over the phone is always a bit sketchy anyway. There is a good chance that they both sell the spa for about the same price. Tell the higher guy you can get the spa for a better price elsewhere and you may find he's willing to bargain. If he's local you really want to go to him anyway so try visiting him(/her).

I now have my envoy for about 1 month. I paid $7700 plus 350 for the attached cover and 250 for the Ozone filter. I love the tub!

Hi Halo! Hey, I might be off base. . .I'm a total newb to hottubs (waiting delivery) but I've sure bought and owned a lot of stuff in my life!
I see it this way: If you owned a business and get a random call, "You're $10? I called the other guy and he's $9.50, what will you do?" Would you play price wars over the phone so the caller can phone the other guy back and say, "hey, the other guy is $9.25. . ."
I think you'll do a lot better if you get in the car and "look 'em in the eye." I know you'll also get a better feel for the dealership when you are there vs. the phone. (and of course, don't forget it's just fun hanging out in showrooms looking at the darn things!) I say get in the car :)

I so envy you guys across the pond. I just bought an Envoy, got an amazing deal, only paid £8,000 ($14,000 aprrox.). It should have been £10,295. So stop moaning about prices !!! ;D ;D ;D
Just to give you my take, the Envoy is one amazing spa and we are sooo happy with our choice.
