Title: Resetting the computer on a Sundance Capri hot tub

Does anyone know how to reset the computer on a Sundance Capri hot tub?  A power outage caused ours to shut down and now shows Er-8am/pm.  Going between am and pm at about 20 time a second.  I hope resetting the computer will fix this.

Maybe it surged or something. Try shutting it off at your GFCI for 10 minutes.

Yup I'd suggest the same thing...maybe for 30 minutes. If nothing, try shutting off the breaker for more than 4 hours to ensure the computer doesn't have a charged capacitor to maintain memory and settings. Just turn it off overnight and try again the next morning. If that doesn't reset it, you might need a tech to come out and diagnose the problem. Most tubs use Gecko or Balboa controllers so it shouldn't be hard to find a replacement if necessary.
