Title: Cant get rid of FL1 Error code

 we had a power outage over christmas for a couple days and Tub wont heat now, Ok we have drained and refilled tub replaced flow switchand Filters I cant get heater light to come on I have 3 pumps total jets all working good just no heat, I need to know how to check if my circulation pump is bad it humms but still not flowing I have no suction on my filter side with the grate in it thinking might be better of just winterizing it it getting very cold here and cant seem to get this figured out

What kind of hot tub and how old is it?
