Title: Garden Spas Iris model-how to remove jets for cleaning

Local dealer said turn jet outer rings counter-clockwise for removal, but I am unable to. They won't turn. Anyone have any advice? Any special tools or homemade devices? Thanks

The dealer told you correctly.  You just turn them counter clockwise until they stop.  Then turn a little harder and they will come out.  Sometimes they are a little difficult.  Maybe use a washcloth to help with grip.
