Hello all. Newbie here. A question I have is the following: Should I set my tub to a desired temp and leave it there, or after each use, bump the temp down say 5 degrees or so and then bump it up when I want to go in? What is more efficient? We use 220 amp service to heat it. We get cold nights here in NE USA and I want to conserve energy use....Thanks

leave it.

Up and down can be a little more efficient but.............quarters, not dollars.

Agreeing with that, I want to go out when I want to go out, not an hour later. My tub heats around 6-9 degrees per hours. I don't want to turn it up and then go back an hour later.

We leave ours set where we want it all the time. But we use it almost everyday. If we go on vacation or something, I'll turn it down. If we were only using it on weekends or something, I might turn it down in between.
