Whoops, never mind, just found a seller on ebay that ships to Canada...  :)

Get some test strips and test it against your kit for chlorine reading. That way you won't be burning through your powder so fast. You can use your strip for a quick check of chlorine and then adjust it based of your taylor reading. 7 bucks for 50 strips is pretty cheap compared to importing the powder :)
