Sold by Recdirect out of TN..... good, bad, the ugly???? Anyone know of or have experience with this manufacturer? Am I better off to pay about double for a Marquis, or similar brand? Help.....I'm lost here.

Dr. Wellness are considered the bottom of the barrel. They use dishonest sales tactics and do not have their own in house service department if you ever need warranty work. They also keep changing their name to hide from a bad reputation. You don't need to spend double to get a quality spa from a reputable manufacturer.
I know it's confusing and overwhelming, but stick around. There is good information here.
