Title: Jacuzzi does not start.. No lights no display...nothing

Ok.  I looked at my jacuzzi today and it had a fl1 code.  I reset breaker on wall and when I turned it back on it popped. I reset again and seemed to be fine.  Problem is when I went to my hot tub it was now dead.  No lights, display...nothing.  I do have power at terminal block inside spa control pack. Fuses are good. Power thru the relay fuse all the way to circuit board.  Nothing on the circuit board looks burnt.  Not sure what to do.

Also.. If it has a circuit board, does that mean all or nothing regarding items powering up?
