I am looking at the hot springs highlife grandee hot tub and was quoted a price of $15,995, just cover. Ace salt another $1,500. I thought it was on the high side. I live in NY and know things can be inflated, but thought it was high. Like what's the markup on hot tubs? We were also looking at the jacuzzi 400 series, but hot springs told us that the jacuzzi 400 series doesn't even compare to the grandee?? We will be doing a wet test, but any input would be appreciated.

That price is high. You should be able to get it for 13k. Jacuzzi 400 series is absolutely as good as the grandee

Ok thank you, we were quoted over $20k for jacuzzi 495 w/ cover. That sounded crazy high too, any insight?

Dblock,
Welcome to the forum. I have never priced a 495 series, but that does sound high. I'll be curious as to what other say. Pricing is not my strong point.

FYI, from someone who actually sells the Hot Spring brand I can tell you that pricing for a Grandee in NY is completely normal
