Title: Jacuzzi j345 pf1 error code

I have a 345 that is less than 6 months old. I have a pf1 error code, and have tried all of the basics such as replacing filters, running water through the wall fitting and turning power on and off. Still have error code and the 2 speed pump is only giving me one low speed. The other pump is just fine.  The heat light is on. Economy is off. I am trying to get the 1 pump to work in two speeds. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about the error code, but if your J-345 is a 2014 model, the pumps are not two speed. Both pumps should be single speed.
