Title: Hot Springs Envory, 2 questions

Got my Envoy on Saturday, love it!!  Two questions :

1) the main diverter valves, I understand what happens in the right and left positions per the manual and what jets are on.  What happens in the up and down positions?  Are those positions dangerous to the equipment ?
2) Does anyone sell a tri fold cover for this tub?  My basement ceiling is too low to allow me to open the cover :(  I cant use the lifter I have to slide the cover off and pull it back on every time.

  On operation of the spa you should try your dealer, it's why you spent so much money with them, or one of the HS boys here can probably tell you, but I would call my dealer.    As far as the cover, you can order in a trifold cover probably from your dealer. Might have been something to negotiate when purchasing the spa.
