Title: Best Bang for our Buck

My husband and I are considering purchasing a new hot tub.  The last hot tub we had we bought used for $1000 and it lasted for 7 years and we were quite happy with it.  I just want to buy another used tub but my husband wants new.  Any suggestions?  Looking for something that can handle our Canadian winters.  We looked at a 2014 Celebrity Hot tub - Vegas model.  $6500 delivered and installed.
Also saw a 2008 Gulf Coast Luxury Spa, LX 11000 online for $3000.  I need help....

The Celebrity Hot Tub is made by Marquis Spas, which is a huge step up from Gulf Coast. That's also a really good price on that spa.  The Vegas model is a 2 pump system with 50 jets, upgraded LED lighting, water fall, and several other nice features.
