If the entire spa needs to be substituted because the repair is not feasible or the repair can not be performed in the field, reasonable costs to pick up the defective spa and return it or delivering and installing the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the spa owner.
This is a tough one to swallow, seeing this makes me cringe.

and it's in EVERY spa manufacturers warranty. That is only in extreem cases though, most repairs are easily fixable in the field. Many dealers charge a trip charge. Much like bringing your new car in for a problem but you still have to pay a 40 or 50 dollar service fee.

Stick with a good quality brand, and you won't have to worry about that.
