Post by: Tman122 on April 07, 2014, 06:44:02 pm: No big deal that they discontinued it. Keep the bottom, frame and shell solid through maintenance and the rest is easy and replaceable. That's cheap hot water entertainment. What's your cost per KWH and have you metered your tub yet?

Sometime if you have the covers off, take pictures of the pumps and the control box. If problems do come up, somebody here can probably help you if they know what they are dealing with.

I think their products are getting better but still mid range sorta. 2 sided pump....sheeeesh. Some say innovative, I'm not sure that's the word I would use?? Some areas are better. The dealers in the MPLS/Stp area are popular. They push sales.

Post by: stuart on April 11, 2014, 08:33:43 pm: They hired Galvin Bartlett a former owner at Sundance spas and Karen Hansen a customer service person from Jacuzzi...Those two are really making a difference there but yes, they have a long way to go on parts however, lately that seems to be the norm for every manufacture I call except Marquis! Those guys still have all their old dinosaurs in place helping with parts and they always know which one and what price!
