Question to all who use Dichlor - how often do you add and how much?
It seems the only way we are able to maintain a consistent 3-5 ppm is to check and add about 1.5 -2 tsp of dichlor every single day. Every other day we could handle, but every day is too much! We just got a 2 y.o. Sundance Cameo last week. We keep adding dichlor but it seems to quickly fall to unacceptable levels. We go out of town for 2-3 days and occasionally for a week w/ no one available to add chems, not sure what we are going to do. Maybe we will need to switch to Bromine with an auto-feeder?
Background:
It has a Ozonator.
So far only myself and wife have used it, roughly every other day.
The water good quality municipal.
The pH is 7.5
Alkaline is around 80.
Thanks!

I agree with snuggles. You will get a wealth of info there. It is impossible to maintain a chlorine level in a spa. Add a little after use, let it do its job and the next time you use your spa, you will be soaking in clean low chorine water.
