Theres also a donkey available , but we dont see him bringing in any money, so we are giving him away for free. you will have to just put him out to pasture and feed him as he is on his last leg!

I thought the local donkey was a competitor of yours.

Are those chickens technically hatched yet or are we still waiting for confirmation as to their completeness? I'd hate to count them beforehand!  ;) ;D

Well they are being kept in a incubator where we can control the settings as to make certain we get as many as we can with out the dang weasel gettin to them. So as you can see we have to watch those eggs very closely. Now about that donkey.........

Keep the donkey on board as kind of an indentured servant.

Are those chickens ready to hatch and be counted?

Does anyone know how to see of a person and their corporataion filed for bankruptcy yesterday?

Bankrupcy filings are public information.

Anyone should be able to get the information from the county the business or person is in.

Contact the applicable county courthouse.

There also may be internet services that you may be able to do a check on- for a price, and they may not have access to something done yesterday.

Didn't the deadline for filing bankrupcy under the old law lapse on October 15th?  That's what a lot of people in my area did- to get in under the old rules.

I know someone said you can look these things up at $0.08 per page but couldn't find the site on-line. If anyone knows how I'll pay for the first 5 pages.

http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/

I believe this is what you are asking about.  And it says in there something about not billing until 150 pages are accumulated, IIRC.

I did go ahead and register to use that but the gov't hasn't emailed me a password.

I'm just curious if the "Chicken rancher" has formally asked the gov't to bail him out from his latest scrape. He has disappeared from the one board he could post to as well as his own so maybe he's quietly licking his wounds. I guess we'll have to wait to see and since he won't admit to it I guess we'll have to find the info on the gov't web page. I'm just wondering if we'll see a Cal Spas SCF at the show this year!?

I finally received an e-mail stating they're processing my request and that they would MAIL the password info to me because they can't e-mail it. Only the gov't mails a password. JA will be out of business by the time I can check to confirm he's in bankruptcy court.

He's been on the road to California a few times lately. Maybe he was lucky enough to sell a spa to someone in the state so they could pay for his gas to get to the courtroom. I still think he should just settle with Cal Spas and as part of the plea agreement he goes to work for them creating Super Custom Cal Spas. He could hold seminars for their dealers such as:

"Save on delivery expenses, offload a spa from the truck with a couple 2x4s and have the owner help move it."

"How to wrap a spa for under $1 with plastic grocery bags and duct tape."

"Having image problems? No need to change, just post pictures of your family and pets on your website."

"Past issues, change your name."

If you fail to bring an attourney, the case goes into "default" If you at a later date you are required to appear with your attourney and fail to appear, do you really think that it requires a third date or does the judge say "judgement for the plaintiff"? Just wonderin. 8)

BTW I was smart I start my website with the pics of family and pets just to get it out of the way!LOL

I'm just wondering how long these issues take to incubate. It's a chicken, not an elephant!
