Ok so question all my levels were great, water is clear, smells good. no troubles, then I did my weekly shock, and the water turned green??? WHY??? I also got tons of foam with the shock. Now what do I need to drain???

Unfortunately, "levels are great", doesn't tell us much of anything. What exactly are these levels, and how exactly are you testing?
1. How long has the water been in the spa?
2. Well water or city water?
3. Exactly what chemicals are you using (not brand name, but actual ingredients).
4. Is it a CLEAR green, or a CLOUDY green?

What Dr. Spa said.

If you water has copper high levels of copper in it, and you shocked it with chlorine based shock, that may be the culprit. Copper and chlorine react and can cause a greenish tint. If you've ever seen someone with really light blonde hair and it turns green in the pool, it is likely caused by the reaction between copper and chlorine. A metal treatment product may solve your problem.
